Our Oral Function Guidance Call is a relaxed, one-on-one session where we help you understand how oral habits impact sleep, breathing, and overall health—and what steps you can take to improve them. This session is a video call, and is accessible worldwide- as long as you have access to the internet. ✨ During this call, we’ll cover: ✅ What oral function coaching is (and what it’s not) ✅ What it can and can’t help with ✅ Your individual starting point—we’ll chat about your (or your child’s) sleep, breathing, and oral habits 😴 ✅ Guidance on next steps—which professionals to see and when 👩⚕️👨⚕️ ✅ How to find a qualified provider in your area 🌎 ✅ Lifestyle changes you can start today for better sleep & breathing 🌿 What to expect: 📋 An intake form to help us understand your needs 📸 The option to submit a few photos/videos/files you'd like us to see for a clearer picture of your case 📝 A written summary and personalized action plan after our call This is an educational session—not a medical appointment or diagnosis. Cancellation Policy
Airways Academy Guidance Call - Terms & Conditions 1. Purpose of the Call Our guidance calls are designed to offer general education and coaching on oral function and healthy habits. These calls are not medical consultations, diagnoses, or treatment plans. If you have medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional. Since this is not therapy, no exercises will be provided during the call. 2. Booking & Payment A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% will be invoiced and must be paid within 3 days of the session. Failure to complete payment within 7 days will result in a $30 late fee and suspension of all support, including: ✅ Inability to purchase any of our courses ✅ Blocked access to our freebies and resources ✅ Being removed or blocked from our social media accounts ✅ No further guidance or communication from us Unpaid balances after 7 days may result in cancellation of future bookings and permanent removal from our programs and services. ❗Your report will be emailed within 3 days of the session, but only once payment is received. Please ensure the email you provided is correct, and be sure to save hello@airwaysacademy.ca to your contacts to avoid missing our communication. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 🚫 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call will lose their deposit ($37.50 CAD) One reschedule is allowed per booking if requested at least 24 hours in advance. 4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you are more than 10 minutes late, the call may be shortened to fit within the original timeframe. If you do not show up for the call, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 5. Liability & Disclaimers Airways Academy provides education and coaching only. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Any recommendations provided are for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice. ✨By booking a call, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you apply the information provided. 6. Technology & Communication Calls will take place via Video Call. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
